My husband and I were first time home buyers. We had been working with Tyler during this crazy housing market for over a year. He was extremely patient with us and always made time for us when we wanted to see houses. He was flexible with our schedule and never pressured us into committing to something that wasn’t quite right for us. We were out looking at homes when we stumbled upon an open house for what is now our current home! My husband and I immediately fell in love and Tyler was quick to start all the necessary paperwork and stayed on top of the Selling Agent and Escrow who were not very easy to work with. Throughout the buying process he was always a phone call/ text away. A huge perk of working with Tyler was that he had agreed to buy us out of our apartment lease when we found our home! He held true to that promise. When we did a final walkthrough of our property we noticed things in the home had not been properly cleaned, even though the previous owners had it professionally cleaned. Tyler was quick to bring in his own cleaners to make sure our home was to our standards when we moved in. We also noticed a lot of the window locks did not work throughout the house and the front gate did not close properly. Tyler arranged for a contractor to come out & fix the locks and gate. Tyler impressed me from the get-go with his professionalism and laser focus on our goals of a sell in a rapidly shifting market. This is my 7th real estate transaction so I have a bit of experience to compare. I loved his attention to detail and analytically reasoned pricing recommendations.
